Mashed potatoes with kidney beans
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potatoes (floury), semi-skimmed milk, butter, red kidney beans ((200 g), drained) and cayenne pepper.

Peel the potatoes and cook for 20 minutes in plenty of water with some salt until done. Drain. Heat the milk in a saucepan over low heat until boiling. Add the milk and the butter to the potatoes. Stamp with puree pestle.

Mix in the beans and cayenne pepper and season with salt. Delicious with meatball with cheese and mustard and green beans with almond.
