Stir in the ketchup, oil, vinegar or lemon juice and some salt and pepper for dressing.

Put the tomato, spring onions, beans, sage and tuna in a large bowl and scoop the dressing. Leave covered for at least 1 hour.

Spoon the salad well again and taste if there is salt and / or pepper. Spoon the salad into a bowl and garnish with slices of egg and pieces of anchovy fillet. Eat crispy Italian bread or baguette.
