Melon soup
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: galia melon, white port (or sweet white wine), white caster sugar, orange (pressed), lemon (pressed), red currants (or 4 strawberries and sliced).

Cut the melon, remove it with spoonfuls and cut the melon into pieces. Cut flesh from the skin and divide it into pieces. Mix melon in blender or food processor with port and sugar until smooth soup. Stir in orange juice and lemon juice to taste, add some sugar if necessary. Soup in refrigerator in 2-3 hours and let cold.

Form the soup into four small, deep plates and place a sprig of berries or slices of strawberry in it as a garnish.
