A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, ciabatta (bake bread), herb butter (a 100 g), breakfast bacon (artisanal smoked (dish 125 g)), spring onion (3 pieces) and extra mature cheese (in slices).

                                Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Halve the loaves along the length. Brush the cutting edges of the bread with the herb butter.
- 
                                Heat a pan with non-stick coating and bake the slices of bacon in portions for 1 min. Spread over the 2 bottom halves of the bread. Cut the spring onions into very thin rings and spread over the bacon. Divide the cheese over the spring onion. Place the top halves of the bread on it.

                                Wrap the 2 loaves in aluminum foil and put them in the oven for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil and cut the bread into pieces. Serve with tomato salad if necessary.
