Mexican beer cocktail with tomato and jalapeño


Cocktail of tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, jalapeño pepper, lime and IPA beer with sea salt and ice cubes.

Directions

  1. Divide the ice cubes over the glasses. Season the tomato juice with the Worcestershire sauce and spread over the ice cubes.
  2. Cut the pepper (without seeds) into thin rings and spread over the glasses.
  3. Cut the lime lengthwise into segments and put a part on the edge of each glass.
  4. Pour some of the beer and stir. Sprinkle with a little sea salt and serve with the rest of the beer.
