Mexican spring rolls
A nice mexican recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, puff pastry (frozen) (10 slices), egg, flour, salami (cut into slices of 1/2 cm thick), cucumber, parsley and tomato sauce (tomato frito).

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC or gas oven 4. Sprinkle some flour on the counter. Allow the slices of puff pastry to thaw on the counter (that takes about 10 minutes). Beat the egg in a bowl with a fork with 1 tablespoon of water.

Cut the salami into small cubes and put them in a bowl. Wash the cucumber, remove the seed and cut the cucumber into small cubes. Put the cucumber in the salami. Cut the parsley above it. Scoop the tomato sauce through. On each slice of dough you scoop 1 tablespoon of green-speckled filling.

Spread some beaten egg on the edge of such a slice. Fold the slices double. Press the edges well with the teeth of a fork (this will give you nice knurled edges). Over the top a little egg ... the spring rolls are ready for the oven.

Baking paper on the baking sheet, spring rolls and baking. In the middle of the oven they are golden brown after 20 minutes.
