Stuffed chicory breads


A tasty French recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, apple (Granny Smith), lemon juice, parsley, walnuts, roquefort (cheese), bacon strips (fried (30 g)) and chicory.

Directions

  1. Peel the apple, remove the cores and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Chop minced parsley.
  4. Walnuts coarsely chop.
  5. Roquefort into slices, cut into pieces and mix in bowl with apple cubes.
  6. In other bowl, mix chopped parsley with bacon and walnuts.
  7. Wash leaves of chicory, pat dry with kitchen paper and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  8. Fill the chicory breads with cheese mixture and spread the nuts and bacon mixture over them.
  9. Schuitjes serve on small plates on a scale or per person..
