Filled egg with crème fraîche and dill on a glass of vodka.

Directions

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Let them scare under cold water, peel and halve in length.
  2. Cut the dill finely. Remove the yolks from egg and fine them with the crème fraîche and the dill. Season with (freshly ground) pepper and (sea) salt.
  3. Fill the protein with the mixture. Put half the eggs each on a glass of vodka.
  4. Garnish with some dill and pepper to taste. Eat the egg and finally drink the vodka.
