A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, marinated sardine fillet (100 g), raw (farmers) ham, (olive) oil, cherry tomatoes and green olive kernel.

Directions

  1. Dab the Sardinian fillets with kitchen paper and wrap each fillet in a slice of ham.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan and bake lightly browned sardines in approx.
  3. 2 minutes.
  4. Drain on kitchen paper.
  5. Add tomato, olive and sardine to cocktail sticks successively.
