Sardine skewers with raw ham
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, marinated sardine fillet (100 g), raw (farmers) ham, (olive) oil, cherry tomatoes and green olive kernel.

Dab the Sardinian fillets with kitchen paper and wrap each fillet in a slice of ham.

Heat oil in frying pan and bake lightly browned sardines in approx.

2 minutes.

Drain on kitchen paper.

Add tomato, olive and sardine to cocktail sticks successively.
