Directions

  1. Prepare the pancake batter according to the instructions on the package and set aside.
  2. Mix the sugar with the cinnamon. Spoon the apples, raisins and lemon juice together.
  3. Roast the almonds in a dry hot skillet.
  4. Bake the pancakes. Brush them with the sour cream, sprinkle them with the almonds and cinnamon sugar and spread the apple mixture over it.
  5. Roll up the pancakes and pour a little bit of melted butter over it.
