Mustard fish soup
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, redfish fillet, shallots, butter, Dijon mustard (pot a 215 g), fish soup cream (400 ml), crème fraîche (cup a 125 ml), fresh chives (sliced and 20 g).

Redfish cut into strips.

Shall scallop and chop.
