Roasted mushrooms with balsamic dressing
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: mushroom melange, white balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, rosemary (minced), shallots (in thin rings), lettuce leaves and arugula.

Wipe the mushrooms with a piece of moist kitchen paper and halve the large ones.

Beat in a jug a dressing of the balsamic vinegar, 3 tbsp oil and salt and pepper to taste.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. In a roasting dish, mix the mushrooms with the remaining oil, rosemary, shallots and salt and pepper to taste.

Place the roasting pan on the grid in the middle of the oven and roast the mushrooms in about 20 minutes until golden brown and done. In the meantime, change them once or twice.

Put 4 lettuce leaves on each plate, spoon the mushrooms on the lettuce and spread the rucola over the mushrooms. Drip the dressing over it. Tasty with warm roasted white bread.
