Mushroom caviar with crispy sage
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: shiitake mushrooms, olive oil, Japanese soy sauce and fresh Italian herbs (20 g).
Cut the shiitakes into small cubes.
Heat half a tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the shiitakes brown.
Spoon the shiitakes into a bowl and season with soy sauce and pepper.
Heat the rest of the oil in the same pan and fry the sage leaves crispy.
Put eight tablespoons ready.
Divide the mushroom caviar over the spoons and place a leaf of sage on each spoon (these are the sprigs with the soft green, large velvety leaves from the bag of Italian herbs)..
