Marinated mushrooms
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: chestnut mushrooms, lemon, dried Italian culinary herbs, truffle flavored olive oil (250 ml bottle), salt, freshly ground four-season pepper, rucola salad and Parmesan cheese (piece).

Mushrooms with kitchen paper and wipe in thin slices.

Place mushrooms on a flat dish.

Squeeze out the lemon.

Mix lemon juice with herbs and oil until dressing.

Season with salt and pepper.

Mix dressing with mushrooms and distribute on four plates.

Roughly cut rocket and sprinkle over it.

Sift cheese into slices.

Allow to marinate for approx.

30 minutes until used.
