Egg cubes with bacon and spinach
Oven dishes with spinach, bacon, egg and garlic.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the bacon in 6 min. Until crispy. Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper.
Add the spinach in parts to the remaining shortening and let it shrink all the time. Squeeze the garlic above and stir through.
Put the spinach in a sieve and push out as much moisture as possible with a spoon.
Place on a cutting board and cut finely. Put back in the sieve and push out the spoon with the spoon.
Divide the spinach over the baking dishes. Break an egg over each dish and spread the bacon strips over it.
Put the dishes in the roasting pan and pour in so much lukewarm water that the bowls are half underneath.
Put the roasting pan in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes until the proteins have just solidified. Cover with aluminum foil after 8 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the paprika.
