Rice salad with melon, feta and chopped hazelnuts

Directions

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package and allow to cool.

Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds and the skin.

Then cut the melon into cubes.

Cut the feta into equally large cubes.

Chop the hazelnuts coarsely with a knife.

Cut the fresh mint fine.
-
Mix all ingredients with the rice in a bowl and season with salt and possibly chili pepper.
