Blanch the peas for about 3 minutes, drain and rinse cold water. Mash the peas and mix them with half of the lemon juice, the cream cheese, onion and mint.

Divide the mousse over the slices of ham and roll up.

Mix the rest of the lemon juice with the olive oil, salt and pepper and spoon this dressing through the salad. Divide the salad over plates.

Stick a tomato to each skewer, prick into the ham rolls and spread over the salad.
