Spicy duck breast with pate
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, garlic, dried chili pepper, ground cardamom, ground cumin, ground coriander (ketoembar), olive oil, duck breast fillets, pine nuts, salt, rocket salad (a 75 g) and mushroom pâté.

Peel the garlic and press the upper bowl. Roll up the pepper above it. Add cardamom, cumin, coriander and 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix thoroughly, stir in duck breast fillets on meat side and let them soak for approx. 30 minutes.

Roast pine nuts in a dry frying pan. Cool on plate. Heat the rest of oil in frying pan. Slice of duck breast a few times. Bake duck breast for about 3 minutes, turn over and cook for approx. 2 minutes until meat is rosé. Remove the meat from the pan and sprinkle with salt. Cut sheet, cut fillets into thin slices. Spread out four plates. Pâté cut into cubes. Place slices of duck breast on lettuce and sprinkle with diced paté. Garnish with roasted pine nuts.
