Beef with parmesan
Tartar of steak steak marinated in garlic, lemon juice and oil, with spicy rocket and Parmesan cheese.

Cut the steak with a sharp kitchen knife into very thin slices, then into strips and then into small cubes. Cut the cubes even finer.

Slice the garlic and squeeze out the lemon. Put the meat with half of the juice, garlic, oil and a lot of salt and pepper in a bowl.

Scoop and leave for 10 minutes. Taste the meat and if necessary season with more pepper, salt and lemon juice.

Mix the arugula with the oil and lemon juice to taste. Serve the meat with the arugula and Parmesan cheese.
