Chicken strips with aïoli


A tasty Spanish recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, red pepper, garlic, dry white wine, olive oil, bay leaves, fresh thyme (leaves), cumin (djinten), salt and pepper, chicken breast, fresh parsley, breadcrumbs and mayonnaise.

Directions

  1. Pepper, remove seed and cut into small pieces. 1 Chop garlic and finely chop. Mix wine, oil, bay leaves, red pepper, thyme, cumin, salt and pepper. Cut chicken fillet into strips and create marinade. Parsley finely chop and mix with breadcrumbs. 8 Peeling garlic cloves, squeezing and creating mayonnaise. Season with salt.
  2. Preheat the grill to the highest setting. Drain chicken strips and roll through breadcrumbs. Push the chicken strips under the hot grill and brown and cook until browned in 5 minutes, turning over the meat halfway. Serve with garlic mayonnaise.
