Celery stuffed with ricotta cheese, mature cheese and cress.
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Clean the celery and cut the stems in four. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the mature cheese and ricotta into cubes. Spoon the ricotta cheese with the cubes of mature cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Grease the oven dish, place the celery in it and spread the cheese mixture over it. Brush thinly with oil and put them in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes.
Cut the garden cress fine. Divide the cress over the filling. This dish can be eaten hot or cold.
