Ingredients
Directions
-
Wash the pears. Halve them in the length and cut out the cores.
-
Melt the butter. Heat the oven grill. Brush the cutting edges of the pears with melted butter. Place them on the convex side on a baking tray. Roast them for about 5 minutes under the grill until they are golden brown at the top.
-
In the meantime, roast the ham in a dry, hot frying pan.
-
Fry the spring onion in the rest of the butter and add 6 crumbled or sliced slices of ham. Put this filling in the pear cavities. Sprinkle the cheese over it and melt it under the grill.
-
Serve the pears with the rest of the roasted ham slices. Tasty with dark brown bread and honey.
