Mushroom terrine
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: butter, mushroom melange ((a 200 g), in slices), garlic (chopped), soy sauce, almonds (coarsely chopped), eggs, old cheese (grated) and flat parsley (chopped).

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms with the garlic. Season to taste with the soy sauce and (freshly ground) pepper and fry briefly over high heat until all the moisture has evaporated.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Mix the mushrooms in a large bowl with the almonds, eggs and cheese and pour into the baking dish. Bake the mushroom terrine in the oven for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 20 minutes.

Cut the tureen into cubes and sprinkle with the parsley. Tasty with toasted coarse brown bread and salted butter.
