Yellow gazpacho with wine and white cheese cubes
A tasty Spanish recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fennel bulb, yellow pepper, corn ((150 g), drained), winter carrot, carrot juice (bottle 750 ml, organic), white cheese cubes (pack of 200 g), dry white wine and ground cumin (djinten) .

Cut the underside of the fennel bulb and cut the fennel into pieces.

Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut the flesh into pieces.

Put the fennel, pepper, corn, winter carrot and salt in a blender or high beaker.

Pour in the carrot juice.

Crumble the white cheese cubes.

Keep a 1/4 behind and add the rest with the wine and cumin to the blender.

Grind in the blender or with a hand blender to an even soup and garnish with the retained feta..
