Grilled Chicory With Parma Ham
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, chicory, olive oil toscano extra virgin (bottle a 500 ml), Parma ham, cambozola (blue cheese) and white wine vinegar.

Preheat the grill.

Clean chicory, cut out bitter core and halve in length.

Cut chicory into greased baking dish and sprinkle with 1 tbsp oil.

Cut the ham into strips and put on chicory.

Cut chicory for approx.

8 minutes under grill.

Cut cheese into 8 slices.

Dressing beating with residual oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Cut chicory on four plates.

Spread cheese and dressing over chicory..
