Noodle salad with chicken and shrimps

Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast
- 125 gram mie
- 1 stump Broccoli in small florets
- 2 forest outing in rings
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped parsley fresh or frozen
- 50 gram Christmas halved
- 50 gram shrimps boiled and peeled
- 4 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Tablespoon soy sauce

Directions

Mix the ingredients for the dressing.

Poach the chicken fillet in about 15 minutes until tender.

Let the chicken fillet cool down and cut into strips.

Cook the mieen broccoli and let it drain and cool.

Divide the noodles over the plates.

Sprinkle with onion rings (also the beautiful green leaves of the onions are used), the chicken strips, parsley, to, broccoli and shrimps.

Drizzle the salad with the dressing.
