Directions

  1. Cut chicory into length into thin slices.
  2. Wash chicory and pat dry.
  3. Melt butter in frying pan and fry chicory for 3 minutes, until edges start to color.
  4. To heat mustard soup in the meantime.
  5. Soup in four deep plates and put chicory strips in it.
  6. Serve with breadsticks..
