A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, hand oranges, balsamic vinegar, olive oil (with garlic-chili pepper), pink shrimp, black olives (without pit and halved).

Directions

  1. Peel the oranges with a sharp knife to the flesh. Cut the segments between the membranes and collect the sprouting juice in a large bowl.
  2. Beat with a fork the balsamic vinegar and olive oil through the orange juice. Add salt to taste. Put the shrimps, orange wedges and olives through them and let the flavors in the fridge withdraw in about 30 minutes.
  3. Spoon the cocktail carefully again. Divide the cocktail over 4 coupes or nice glasses. Delicious with hot toast with butter.
