Directions

  1. Peel the oranges thick (also the white fleece) and cut into slices. Halve the slices if necessary and place them on plates.
  2. Spread crumbled soft goat's cheese or mini-cubes of feta and chopped spring / spring onions over the orange slices.
  3. Grind pepper and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Delicious as a snack.
