Peel the oranges thick (also the white fleece) and cut into slices. Halve the slices if necessary and place them on plates.

Spread crumbled soft goat's cheese or mini-cubes of feta and chopped spring / spring onions over the orange slices.

Grind pepper and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Delicious as a snack.
