Roast the slices of bread.

Heat the olive oil and fry the lemon slices for about 5 minutes on both sides on a low setting.

Remove from the pan and bake the zucchini in the shortening for about 3 minutes at medium height. Keep the oil.

Prepare the white beans coarsely with the oil and season with salt and pepper.

Divide the bean dip over the bruschetta.

Cover with zucchini and sardines.

Garnish each bruschetta with a slice of fried lemon and sprinkle with the parsley.

Serve immediately.
