Directions

  1. Mix the liver sausage with the crème fraîche, ketchup and peppercorns in a food processor into a smooth pâté.
  2. Spoon into the jars, cover them and leave the pâté in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  3. Serve with toasted bread. Nice in combination with rhubarb jam.
