Portobello burger with grilled vegetables and basil mayonnaise
Mix the oil with the garlic and coat the portobello, zucchini and paprika.
Heat a grill pan on a high stand and grill the portobello, pepper and zucchini for about 10 minutes until tender and grill stripes appear.
In the meantime, mix the mayonnaise with the basil and the lemon juice.
Brush the sandwiches with basil mayonnaise and top with spinach, portobello, zucchini and peppers.
