Directions

  1. Dab the shrimps dry.
  2. Mix the oil with the chili sauce, honey, lime zest, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Put the cocktail shrimps through and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Thread the prawns on skewers. Heat a grill pan, the oven grill or use a moderately hot barbecue.
  4. Roast the shrimp skewers continuously for 3-4 minutes until they are firm and opaque. Tasty with a green salad.
