Directions

  1. Let the raisins water for an hour in water.
  2. Wash the cranberries.
  3. Cut the peeled apple into small cubes.
  4. Chop the hazelnuts into pieces.
  5. Bring a quarter of a liter of water to the boil.
  6. Put the cranberries with the cinnamon stick and the sugar in the water. Cook the cranberries over a low heat until done. Follow the cooking time on the package. Add some extra water if necessary.
  7. Put the drained raisins and the apple pieces in the cranberries and let everything cook gently for a few minutes. Then let it cool down.
  8. Remove the cinnamon stick. Taste if the compote is sweet enough. If necessary, add some extra sugar.
  9. Cut open the puffs. Spoon some compote in every soy and put some pieces of hazelnut on it.
