Noodles with chicken, asian wok vegetable and sesame soy sauce
Wok dish with noodles, soy sauce, vegetables and chicken.
Bring 2 liters of water to the boil. Remove from the heat and leave the noodles for 4 minutes. Put in a colander and rinse under cold running water.
Meanwhile cut the chicken fillet into strips and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the garlic, chicken strips and wok sauce 3 min.
Add the wok vegetable, except the tatsoi, to the chicken and stir fry for 4 minutes. Put in the tatsoi and noodles. Season with pepper and salt.
Divide the noodles over the plates and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
