Replace half of the milk with coconut milk. Replace the lemon zest with the grater of 2 limes and mix 3 tablespoons of coconut rind through the batter. Bake the oliebollen.

Bake 3 tablespoons of coconut juice golden brown in a dry, hot frying pan and sprinkle the oliebollen with icing sugar and the fried coconut.
