Omelet rolls with spicy salmon

Beat the eggs with the soy sauce and the sesame seed lightly. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and pour in half of the egg. Allow to cook for 1 minute at medium height. Bake another omelette and allow to cool.

Mix the tuna with the mayonnaise and a pinch of chilli powder. Divide this over half of the omelets and sprinkle with the coriander and onion. Roll up the omelettes tightly.

Lay the seam down on a piece of foil and roll it around it. Let rest for about 5 minutes, remove the foil and then cut into slanted pieces.

Stick a stick through the rolls and place them on a dish or small plates. Delicious with a sauce of sesame oil and soy sauce.
