Cut 1 and 2 slices of 1 orange. Squeeze the oranges further and keep the juice in freezer for 2 hours.

Mix yogurt, banana, semi-frozen orange juice and syrup with hand blender or food processor.

Pour the smoothie into four tall glasses and garnish with orange slices.
