Halve the melon, remove the peel and seeds and cut the flesh into pieces. Peel the bananas.

Put the melon, banana, raspberries and balsamic vinegar in the food processor and grind. Put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Divide the shake over 4 tall glasses and serve with the ice cubes and a straw.
