Oriental cabbage rolls with mango

Bring a pot of water to the boil. Dip the cabbage leaves briefly in the pan and immediately rinse them with cold water.

Halve each leaf in length. Cut 1 cm thick of the mango slices and halve them.

Place 1 bar of mango on each cabbage tray and distribute the smoked meat.

Roll up and secure with a stick. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Stir in a dip of lime juice, soy sauce and sesame oil and season with (chili) pepper. Serve the sauce with the cabbage rolls.
