Oriental cabbage rolls with mango

Directions

  1. Bring a pot of water to the boil. Dip the cabbage leaves briefly in the pan and immediately rinse them with cold water.
  2. Halve each leaf in length. Cut 1 cm thick of the mango slices and halve them.
  3. Place 1 bar of mango on each cabbage tray and distribute the smoked meat.
  4. Roll up and secure with a stick. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Stir in a dip of lime juice, soy sauce and sesame oil and season with (chili) pepper. Serve the sauce with the cabbage rolls.
