Oriental chicken soup with lime and noodles
Bring the chicken breast in 1 liter of water with the bouillon tablet to the boil and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Remove the meat from the stock and cut it into pieces.
Bring the stock back to the boil and add the snow peas and the corn.
After 2 minutes, put the noodles in the stock and let cook for 1 minute.
Then pull the noodle apart with a fork.
Finally add the pieces of chicken, the lime juice and the spring onion.
Bring the soup to taste with fish sauce, soy sauce or sambal.
