Mediterranean chicken courgette soup
Mediterranean soup with zucchini, onion, chicken and whipped cream.

Let the puff pastry thaw.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Cut the zucchini into cubes. Chop the onion.

Heat the herb butter in a soup pot. Fry the onion 2 min. Add the zucchini and let it stew for 10 min.

Stick stars out of the puff. Melt the herb butter in 20 sec. in the microwave.

Brush the stars with the melted butter and sprinkle with the sesame seed. Bake the stars in oven in approx. 6 minutes until golden brown.

Pour the stock into the zucchini and cook gently for 5 minutes.

Cut the chicken into thin strips. Puree the soup with a hand blender. Add the whipped cream and the chicken and warm the soup for another 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper. Serve the soup with the stars.
