Cold avocadosoup with goatcheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: avocado, lemon juice, whipped cream, garden broth ((from tablet), cooled), dry white vermouth, lemon pepper (mill), soft goat cheese ((eg Bettine blanc), crumbled) and cress.

Peel, halve and remove avocado.

Cut the flesh into pieces and mash in kitchen machine or with hand blender with lemon juice and whipped cream.

Broth and serve vermouth with puree.

Pour the avocado soup well and season with freshly ground lemon pepper.

Sow soup in four small glasses and garnish with crumbles of goat cheese and cress..
