A nice Indian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, tiger prawns (raw peeled (frozen)), ground cloves, turmeric, ground cumin (djinten), fresh ginger root (finely chopped), red pepper (in rings), coriander ((15 g), minced meat ), lime (pressed), vine tomatoes (diced) and oil.

Directions

  1. Shrimp shrimps according to instructions.
  2. Shrimp shrimps and shovel with cloves of cloves, turmeric and cumin.
  3. Mix in ginger and red pepper and allow 10 minutes to dissolve.
  4. Mix coriander, lime juice and salt to taste.
  5. Spread tomato salad over four plates.
