Couscous with prawns
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, zucchini, olive oil, onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), tomato cubes (400 g), vegetable stock, couscous, pink shrimp (250 g and fresh).

Cut the zucchini into small cubes (brunoise).

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 5 min.

Add 1 clove of garlic and zucchini and cook for another 3 min.

Add the tomatoes and slowly bring to the boil.

Pour in 225 ml of water and add 1/2 of the bouillon tablet.

Bring slowly to the boil again.
-
Add the couscous and turn off the heat.

Stir well, place the lid on the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan.

Fry the rest of the garlic for 2 minutes and then stir-fry the shrimps.

Stir the couscous with a fork.
-
Make a turret with a cup or a cup.

Turn around on a plate and put the shrimp next to it.
