Couscous with prawns


A nice Mediterranean recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, zucchini, olive oil, onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), tomato cubes (400 g), vegetable stock, couscous, pink shrimp (250 g and fresh).

Directions

  1. Cut the zucchini into small cubes (brunoise).
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 5 min.
  3. Add 1 clove of garlic and zucchini and cook for another 3 min.
  4. Add the tomatoes and slowly bring to the boil.
  5. Pour in 225 ml of water and add 1/2 of the bouillon tablet.
  6. Bring slowly to the boil again.
  7. Add the couscous and turn off the heat.
  8. Stir well, place the lid on the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  9. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan.
  10. Fry the rest of the garlic for 2 minutes and then stir-fry the shrimps.
  11. Stir the couscous with a fork.
  12. Make a turret with a cup or a cup.
  13. Turn around on a plate and put the shrimp next to it.
  14. Tasty with chopped basil..
