Cracker greek salsa
A nice Greek recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: tomato, cucumber, black olives without seeds, white cheese cubes, olive oil, red wine vinegar, parsley (bag of 30 g) and corn crackers (smartmers corn pack a 145 g).

Clean the tomato and cut it in four.

Halve cucumber.

Remove seeds from tomato and cucumber and cut flesh into cubes.

Cut the olives into slices.

Dressing stirring of oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Parsley finely chop.

Mix the vegetables, cheese cubes, parsley and dressing and distribute them to crackers.

With cracked salsa crackers eat immediately, otherwise they become soft..
