                                Heat the stock, add the sherry and bay leaves and simmer for 5 minutes at a low setting.
- 
                                In the meantime, heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and fry it lightly golden brown and crispy. Remove the garlic from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.
- 
                                Pour the garlic oil into the soup and stir. Cook the tortellini in the stock for about 15 minutes.
- 
                                Serve the stock in small glasses and sprinkle with some chives and the fried garlic.
