Directions

  1. Heat the stock, add the sherry and bay leaves and simmer for 5 minutes at a low setting.
  2. In the meantime, heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and fry it lightly golden brown and crispy. Remove the garlic from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.
  3. Pour the garlic oil into the soup and stir. Cook the tortellini in the stock for about 15 minutes.
  4. Serve the stock in small glasses and sprinkle with some chives and the fried garlic.
