Stuffed pointed peppers with tuna

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Halve the peppers in the length and remove the seed lists. Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.

Heat the oil in a small frying pan and gently fry the onion and garlic.

Slice the tomato and add with the thyme. Season to taste with pepper and salt.

Drain the tuna, stir with a fork and add. Fill the peppers with the tuna mixture and drizzle with the olive oil.
