A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, cucumber (sliced), radish, spring onions ((3 pieces), in rings), olive oil, anchovy fillets (marinated (chillies, a 130 g), drained), sardines (marinated (chilled, a 100 g), drained) and black olives (without pit).

Directions

  1. Mix the cucumber, radishes and half of the spring onions with the oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread this over a large scale.
  3. Put the 2 kinds of fish and the olives on it.
  4. Sprinkle the dish with the rest of the spring onion and (freshly ground) pepper.
  5. Tasty with bread..
