Ingredients
- 2 clove garlic finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon coriander minced meat
- Coriander to sprinkle
- 1 Red pepper in rings, without seeds
- 3 tablespoon wok oil
- 250 gram steak in narrow strips
- 75 gram mixed leaf lettuce
- 1 Red onion in narrow rings
- Cucumber ribbed in ribbons
- 125 gram oyster mushroom in strips
- 125 gram chestnut mushrooms in slices
- 2 tablespoon Thai fish sauce
- 2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 Red pepper in narrow rings, without seeds
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Mix the garlic, coriander and red pepper with 2 tablespoons of the wok oil and stir in the beef strips.

Divide the lettuce over 4 plates and distribute the onion and cucumber. Mix the ingredients for the dressing.

Heat the rest of the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir fry the beef strips and mushrooms for 2-3 minutes.

Put them on the lettuce and pour the dressing over it. Sprinkle with coriander and serve immediately.
